HOW COME MY DEPOSIT ISN'T INCLUDED IN MY FULL INVOICE PRICE?
As stated in our terms and conditions, your deposit is to snag your date! You receive this back once your picnic is done, cleaned up and examined to make sure nothing is damaged, missing, etc!
If something is damaged or missing your deposit is voided.
We hate doing this but unfortunately it happens more often than not and we are just two girls working hard to keep their small business going. We take it to heart when we work so hard for you and come back to clean up and pillows are ripped apart or stained with cake icing, cups are missing, etc.
WHAT IS IT THAT YOU DO?
The Picnic Pallet provides you with everything you need to create some of your best memories, without any of the effort. Whether it's for a Girl's day, brunch, birthday, anniversary, proposal, date night or just for a gool ol' Insta worthy photo op!
We set up the elegance anywhere you want: Beach, Park or even your backyard!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Pasco County, based out of the Odessa/Trinity area but we travel and service all of the surrounding Tampa Bay Areas
*A small travel fee may be apply
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
The earlier, the better! Our weekends book the fastest but week days and nights are just as cute!
Dates are at a first come first serve basis.
It's best to snag your date and pay the deposit even if don't know all of the small details yet. We can always figure them out together after. We have no control over if someone comes on the website and books the date first!
ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP?
Absolutely!....NOT!
Every package includes the set up and breakdown of your picnic! Show up, make memories, go home. <3
DO YOU HAVE A RAINY DAY POLICY?
Living in Florida, you kind of have to! If the weather isn't cooperating on your picnic date, you are more than welcome to reschedule for another available day or move it to an available indoor location that you can provide! If you reschedule, your deposit carries over to snag that date. If you decide to cancel and not reschedule, our cancellation policy still applies.

IS FOOD PROVIDED?
Yes! Every package has some sort of food included. You are always more than welcome to bring your own or upgrade to more charcuterie than what the package provides, along with some other treats and snack options.

DO YOU DO CHARCUTERIE WITHOUT DOING A PICNIC?
We sure do!! Have a holiday party, Big gathering or just a good ol' girl's night you want some grazing boards for?

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY ALCOHOL?
Right now, we have a BYOB policy!
You're more than welcome to bring your own and enjoy it as long as your location allows it, of course. We are not responsible for anything alcohol wise that happens during the scheduled picnic time.
ie: If you still bring it and the location doesn't allow it.
We will always still supply cute wine/champagne glasses at every picnic just in case you do want to enjoy some bubbly, responsibly!
WHAT IF I'M GOING TO BE LATE?
Say your picnic starts at 4pm. We are up and already working and preparing for your picnic at 11 am. We get to and setup at the location 1-2 hours early, so we are blocking time off to plan the day around your scheduled time. (that we are SO excited for of course!)
We know sometimes rules sound so stiff and not friendly, but we have to have them to make sure everything runs smoothly for us and you to enjoy yourselves.
Your picnic will still end at the time that was booked and paid for.
