We will be in contact 24-48 hours after submitting your inquiry.

If that date is available and we're able to move forward, we will send your $50 deposit invoice to secure your date. You get this back once your picnic is over, cleaned up and examined to make sure nothing to missing, damaged etc.

We will send your picnic invoice as well and you can pay that earlier if you'd like but you must complete your total invoice payment 48 hours (2 days) prior to your picnic date.

Arrangements won't be made day of picnic unless invoice is paid.
